Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a Nordic Operations professional to partner with the Nordic leadership team, framing business questions, leading analyses, and delivering clear recommendations to drive decision-making.

Reporting to the Nordic Operations Director, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders across the Nordic business and support cross-functional teams in Finance, Research & Insights and Operations.

Qualifications

• Background in management consulting or in-house strategy team.
• Presentation development and storytelling are central to this role.
• Experience in complex environments across multiple territories with project and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of financial fundamentals and ability to build business cases (structured P&Ls, drivers, NPV).
• Experience building, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data with multiple projects autonomy.
• Passion for the film and media industry and awareness of sector challenges.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and coordinate cross-functional execution of strategic priorities and projects for Nordic markets.
• Provide analysis across key project workstreams including due diligence, strategic and financial analysis.
• Support Corporate Strategy on EMEA-wide initiatives and M&A activity.
• Own the storyline for business recommendations and present to senior leaders.
• Prepare briefing materials with competitor overviews, market intelligence and business summaries.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery across Nordic and EMEA/global teams.
• Build executive-ready business performance reporting and support Leadership Team meetings.
