Sandvik AB is seeking an experienced Strategy Integration Manager to drive end‑to‑end M&A integration and business-area strategy. You will move from big‑picture thinking to hands‑on execution, reporting to the VP of Strategy & Business Development.

The role blends strategic planning with integration execution across functions, requiring strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to manage complex deals in a multinational environment. Based in Malmö with international travel.

Qualifications

• Strong strategic foundation spanning planning and execution.
• Experience with M&A processes and integrations.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to annual strategic planning cycles and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Produce high‑quality decision materials and executive communications.
• Design and facilitate strategy workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Own M&A integration at business-area level from hypothesis to execution oversight.
• Coordinate integration workstreams and maintain post‑close momentum.
• Support value realization by partnering with Finance on metrics and cadence.
