Job summary

Sandvik Aktiebolag in Malmö Hyllie is seeking a Strategy & Integration Manager to shape business-area strategy and lead end-to-end M&A integration from hypothesis to post‑close value realization. You report to the Vice President and Head of Strategy & Business Development in a dynamic, multinational setting.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, design strategy workshops, coordinate integration workstreams, and partner with Finance on metrics and cadence to sustain momentum—traveling

Qualifications

• MSc preferred; degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
• Experience from top-tier management consulting or in-house strategy role in a multinational environment.
• Involvement in M&A processes from strategic, commercial, or integration perspective.
• Strong project management across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in AI and LLM tools.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle and cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Produce high-quality decision material, frameworks, and executive-level communications
• Design and facilitate strategy workshops with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Own M&A integration at business-area level, from hypothesis development to execution oversight
• Coordinate integration workstreams, resolve blockers, and maintain post-close momentum
• Support value realization by partnering with Finance on metrics, cadence, and follow-up
