Job summary

Sandvik in Malmö is seeking a Strategy & Integration Manager to drive end-to-end M&A integration and business-area strategy. You will balance strategic planning with hands-on integration work and report to the VP and Head of Strategy & Business Development.

The role spans governance of strategic initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and value realization, with some international travel. You will operate in a dynamic environment where priorities shift with deal activity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or a related field (MSc preferred).
• Experience from top-tier management consulting or comparable in-house strategy role in a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated involvement in M&A processes from a strategic, commercial, or integration perspective.
• Strong project management capability across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in AI and LLM tools.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle and cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Produce high-quality decision material, frameworks, and executive-level communications.
• Design and facilitate strategy workshops with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own M&A integration at business-area level, from hypothesis development to execution oversight.
• Coordinate integration workstreams, resolve blockers, and maintain post-close momentum.
• Support value realization by partnering with Finance on metrics, cadence, and follow-up.
