Job summary

Bond Health Group seeks a driven Management Trainee based at our Stockholm HQ. You will work closely with the CEO, gaining unique insights into strategic decision-making and the inner workings of a fast-growing wellness group.

This hands-on role covers strategy, analysis, project execution and operational improvements across STC, Bruce Studios, Palla and Aspire Health Hub. You’ll learn quickly, take on responsibility, and contribute to growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree completed by December 2026.
Strong understanding of financial accounting and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow).
Comfortable using digital tools and curious about how AI can improve and automate day-to-day work.
Experience from Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Business Development is a merit.

Responsibilities

Executive support – coordinating meetings with the Group Management Team and Board of Directors.
Operational improvements – process optimisation and data-driven decision-making, AI adoption across the group.
Innovation sprints and growth projects – strategy, market and partner analysis, business case development.
Business development across STC, Bruce Studios, Palla and Aspire, supporting cross-company initiatives.
