Job summary

Scania is evolving from a leading vehicle manufacturer to providing complete mobility solutions. This role leads Scania's workforce transition capability across major transformations, coordinating dependencies, and aligning stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

You will work with Sponsors, steering groups, and business leadership to address workforce-related implications and ensure consistent approaches across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale organizational transformation or workforce-related change.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple business areas and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of People and Culture processes, labour law, collective agreements, and union relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the overall workforce transition capability and related activities across major transformations.
• Maintain an overview of workforce transition activities across parallel transformation initiatives.
• Identify and coordinate dependencies, organizational impact, risks, and timing across transformations.
• Support consistency in workforce transition approaches across transformations and business areas.
• Support sponsors, steering groups, and business leadership in workforce-related aspects of major transformations.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and calibration between relevant stakeholders.
• Bring together perspectives from business, People and Culture, Labour Law, and unions to support coordinated execution.
• Receive input from global union forums, translate it into the Swedish context, and support communication and implementation.
• Prepare topics requiring common direction or decisions in Swedish decision forums.
• Work with Workforce Transition Specialists to connect coordination with execution.
• Identify areas needing escalation or management attention.
