Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale transformation or workforce-related change.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of People and Culture processes, labour law, and union relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the overall workforce transition capability across major transformations.
• Maintain an overview of workforce transition activities across parallel transformation initiatives.
• Identify dependencies, organizational impact, risks, and timing; ensure consistent approaches.
• Support sponsors and leadership in workforce-related aspects of transformations; enable alignment for decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional input from business, People and Culture, Labour Law, and unions to support execution.
