Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Client Value Partner (CVP) to lead our most strategic customers on AI-driven transformations. You will spearhead executive engagements, guiding long-term value visions and mobilizing Celonis resources to deliver measurable impact across industries.

As the accountable customer success lead, you’ll drive large-scale programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote change management practices to maximize platform adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in industry.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in driving measurable results and outcomes through end-to-end large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
• Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engagements with C-level stakeholders to define long-term value vision.
• Drive end-to-end large-scale transformation programs with measurable impact.
• Coordinate with internal Celonis teams to secure resources and drive adoption.
