Job summary

Celonis in Stockholm is seeking a Lead Value Engineer to drive data-driven business transformation with customers. You’ll partner with Sales, own the end-to-end value journey, guide value assessments, build business cases, and run value workshops with senior stakeholders.

You’ll combine process expertise with consulting acumen, collaborate with partners and Celonis Services, and influence adoption across industries. A background in analytics, BPM, and SaaS value realization is ideal.

Qualifications

• Live for customer value with experience translating objectives into value.
• Strong data analytics background and familiarity with business software/SaaS.
• Experience identifying use cases for business process improvement and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Identify & Frame Value: translate strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases; build demos and business cases; communicate value opportunities to C-Level executives.
• Realize Value: run value workshops; identify opportunities for process enhancement; present realized value to senior management.
• Scale Value: end-to-end customer value journey; build expansion roadmaps; provide feedback to product teams to enhance Celonis platform.
