Take on the Senior Strategic Value & Process Optimisation Consultant role (Internal Title: Senior Value Engineer) and partner directly with Celonis’ most strategic customers to uncover high‑impact AI opportunities, design scalable solutions, prototype them, and showcase tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact AI opportunities by aligning with enterprise customers’ strategic priorities and operational challenges.
• Design AI‑powered solutions, translating complex business problems into scalable architectures that combine the Celonis Process Intelligence platform with modern AI technologies.
• Prototype and demonstrate value through rapid proof‑of‑value solutions for business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead AI innovation workshops, hackathons, and innovation sessions to explore new ways AI can transform customer operations.
• Drive adoption and measurable business impact by partnering with customer teams for successful implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Develop domain expertise in specific industries or business domains (e.g., supply chain, finance) and scale that knowledge across the organization.

You might be a great fit if you…

• have 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, data / AI consulting, technical pre‑sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer‑facing solution architecture or AI roles
• enjoy translating business challenges into technical solutions
• communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders
• understand business processes across sectors (such as Supply Chain or Finance) and translate high‑level needs into specific AI use cases
• possess strong presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders (white‑boarding, formal readouts, demos)
• have experience prototyping solutions with Python and modern AI frameworks
• be familiar with generative AI architectures such as RAG, prompt engineering, or agent‑based systems
• hold a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent work experience is a nice‑to‑have) required

Nice to have (big plus)

• Experience building or deploying generative AI applications
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other LLM orchestration frameworks
• Industry experience in domains such as supply chain, finance, or operations
