Job summary

Celonis is seeking an experienced Architect to design transformative solution architectures for prospects and customers. You will translate executive goals into actionable technical plans and drive enterprise modernization with capability mapping and AI-enabled approaches.

You will support the sales team, unlock technical blockers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand customer footprints across industries.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in software/vendor/enterprise architecture.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Proven communication skills for presenting to C-level executives.
• Experience in Capability Mapping and Enterprise Modernization; knowledge of Agentic AI.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, ERP (SAP), Salesforce, Dynamics CRM or ServiceNow; cybersecurity basics.
• Experience with data architecture, integrations patterns, and data-related languages.
• Background in system integrations and automation across data ops.
• Proven ability to explain architecture diagrams and demonstrate a working demo.

Responsibilities

• Design transformative architectures for prospects and customers and present to C-level executives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security.
• Support engagements with new prospects and existing customers to expand footprint.
• Drive enterprise modernization initiatives and map capabilities to business goals.
