Job summary

inRiver inc is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager in Malmö to help enterprise customers maximize the value of the Inriver platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and supporting long-term customer success.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS roles. A strong understanding of digital commerce ecosystems and PIM solutions is essential. The role offers a competitive salary range of 45,000-65,000 SEK/month plus variable compensation.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar SaaS role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and PIM solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor, understanding customers’ business goals.
• Optimize customer workflows and integrations.
• Lead onboarding activities and ensure successful customer ramp-up.
• Conduct business reviews and align platform usage with customer objectives.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to improve customer health.
