Job summary

Dss+ is seeking an experienced programme manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives in safety and operational improvement. This role involves defining priorities and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams while actively driving delivery.

You will engage senior stakeholders, provide structured progress reporting, and mobilise resources within the client organisation. A degree in Engineering or Business and fluency in Swedish and English are required.

• Experience in operational risk, with a focus on safety.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English is required.
