The ideal candidate should hold a Master’s degree and have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management and Workplace safety training. Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management & Workplace safety training.
• Expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence, or sustainability within relevant sectors.
• Fluency in Swedish is required.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in assessment and auditing of client sites.
• Deliver coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioral change.
• Work on complex safety projects as a freelance subject matter expert.
