Qualifications

Relevant degree or equivalent experience in business or engineering.
Experience with KPIs, performance reporting, and data analysis.
Proficient in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and Excel; retail knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the global Retail Operations KPI framework and calculations.
Ensure a single version of truth for key metrics across markets.
Develop and maintain performance reports and store insights.
Produce weekly and monthly performance packs with trends and actions.
Translate data into clear narratives for decision-making and benchmarking.
Partner with stakeholders to follow up on improvements and drive governance.
