Job summary

Qualifications

• A relevant academic degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience independently planning, managing, and completing projects
• Experience organizing events, large-scale programs, or similar activities
• Experience recruiting, staffing, or coordinating employees, students, or volunteers
• Strong administrative skills and ability to create structure, manage details, and keep projects organized and on track
• Experience developing and quality‑assuring procedures, instructions, and work processes
• Swedish and English

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from start to finish, including needs assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation
• Planning and delivering seminars, conferences, workshops, networking events, and other activities
• Recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating research assistants for various projects and assignments
• Developing clear processes for recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and event management
• Creating project timelines, assigning responsibilities, preparing budgets, and monitoring
• Coordinating participants, speakers, vendors, and partner organizations
• Preparing information and materials for projects and activities
• Ensuring a professional participant experience before, during, and after events
• Reviewing processes, documenting outcomes, and improving ways of working from feedback
• Contributing to development of Center’s operations, procedures, and long-term partnerships
