Job summary

SSE Executive Education, the Stockholm School of Economics subsidiary, seeks a Program Manager for the SSE MBA program. You will support preparation, planning, administration and program delivery, with travel within and outside Sweden.

You will engage with students, alumni, faculty, and clients to ensure high-quality education across formats. You will join a small yet dynamic team, taking responsibility and initiative for your own development and for others, while coordinating multiple programs

Qualifications

  • A few years of experience from similar work areas.
  • Experience leading and managing your own projects.
  • Excellent technical- and system knowledge.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish, and the ability to communicate in a pedagogical way.
  • Interest in and ability to travel short and long distances in Sweden and abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize, and assist in the daily operations of programs delivered in Sweden, abroad, and on digital platforms.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities together with the Account Managers in your team.
  • Register students, create and run the program website, ensure pedagogical structure is followed and content updated.
  • Plan and contribute to the implementation of live and online modules, webinars and online training.
  • Support colleagues and faculty with digital matters.
  • Participate in campus weeks and work with the Program Director, faculty, and participants to ensure quality.
  • Evaluate programs during and after implementation.
  • Handle grading, manage program administration, invoicing and budget follow-up.
  • Be responsible for external communication with participants and external clients.

About the Position

We are looking for a Program Managerfor the SSE MBA program at the Stockholm Schoolof Economics. You will be employed by SSE Executive Education, a fully owned subsidiary of theStockholm Schoolof Economics and the leading partner for executive education in Northern Europesituated in Stockholm. You will be part of the SSE MBA Team and together you will work withdeliveringhigh-quality education in various formats. As Program Manager,you willbeinvolved in everything from preparation and planning, administration, programsupportand follow-up.Travelling, both within and outside of Sweden, is a part of the role and includes about two long-distancetrips annually. Occasionally you will also be working with alumni activities and events, as well as otherExecutive Education programs

Responsibilities:

As a Program Manager, you willbe responsible forcoordinating, organizing, andassistingin the daily operations of programs delivered in Sweden, abroad, and on digital platforms. You will, among other things:

  • Actively taking part in pre-sales activities together with the Account Managers in your team.
  • Registering students, creating as well as running the program website, ensuring pedagogical

You are likely to be described as a service-minded organizer with strong collaborative andcommunicationsskills. You enjoy working in ahigh-tempoenvironment, both independently andtogether withothers, andyou can easily adapt to changing circumstances. You are proactive, have strongproblem-solvingskillsand an eye for details. When needed, you are decisive andaction oriented. Youare warm,open,and enjoy interacting with people.
