Job summary

DHL Global Forwarding Sweden is seeking a full-time dynamic Project Freight Pricing Specialist to join our Industrial Project Team. You will develop competitive logistics solutions for project cargo across all transport modes, working closely with customers, suppliers and global support teams to design profitable solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of freight forwarding with focus on project logistics.
• High understanding of operational processes.

• Good understanding of collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of logistics solutions for project cargo opportunities and RFQs.
• Prepare and manage quotations, tenders and customer proposals.
• Perform solution design for complex transport and logistics projects.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and propose value-added solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Industrial Projects teams, Chartering, HSE, BID and regional/global organizations.
• Analyze transport options, project requirements, risks and commercial opportunities.
• Source and negotiate rates with subcontractors and service providers.
• Ensure solutions are operationally feasible, compliant, safe and profitable.
