Job summary

Caldic in Malmö is looking for a Production Planner to ensure smooth production flow and optimal material availability. You will balance customer demand, capacity, and inventory while partnering across functions to improve reliability.

You will own end-to-end planning, maintain ERP data, and drive actions to safeguard delivery performance. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic site.

Qualifications

• Education in Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Production Planning or a similar role.
• Experience from the food industry is advantageous.
• Experience working in ERP and IT systems; D365 preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English and Swedish/Danish communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end internal and external production planning based on demand forecasts and customer requirements.
• Identify risks, constraints, and deviations; drive corrective actions.
• Maintain and update ERP master data for production and materials.
• Create, release, and manage production work orders; monitor execution.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to align material availability with production.
• Communicate delivery status and recovery plans to Customer Care for timely updates.
• Monitor OTIF performance to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate product transfers from external warehouses to support demand.
• Provide planning information, priorities, and packing instructions to production teams.
• Procure packaging materials for production and forecast external sites.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in planning and production.
