HMS Sweden seeks a Strategic Production Planner for our Halmstad site to drive daily planning and develop planning processes, including AI integration into supply planning. You will collaborate across sourcing, testing, quality, and production development to ensure efficient, reliable supply chain execution.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in production planning and/or operational purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Ability to create structure, optimize processes, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous development and optimization of planning processes and supporting systems.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and work procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Global Supply teams, sales offices, and suppliers.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean program (PEP).
• Explore, implement, and scale AI-driven planning capabilities, improving planning accuracy and decision support.
• Ensure high service levels and efficient capacity utilization across the supply chain.
