Qualifications

• Several years of experience in production planning and/or operational purchasing.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• A natural ability to create structure, optimize processes, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous development and optimization of planning processes and supporting systems.
• Maintain and improve process documentation and work procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Global Supply teams, sales offices, and suppliers.
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, taking an active role in our Lean program (PEP), from idea generation to execution and evaluation.
• Explore, implement, and scale AI‑driven planning capabilities, improving planning accuracy, decision support, and overall supply chain performance.
• Ensure high service levels and efficient capacity utilization across the supply chain.
