Job summary

Yubico is seeking a Planning Manager to lead integrated planning across EMEA and APAC and strengthen the connection between regional demand, manufacturing, sourcing and our supplier network.

This role translates market requirements into realistic supply, capacity, material and inventory plans, while improving visibility and collaboration with suppliers and external manufacturing partners. You will report to the VP, Supply Chain Operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply, material, capacity and inventory planning.
• Ability to translate market requirements into practical planning scenarios.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and external manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead EMEA/APAC planning inputs and outputs for global SIOP and supply reviews.
• Develop constrained and unconstrained supply scenarios across planning horizons.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to reflect constraints in the plan.
• Coordinate lifecycle planning including NPI, ramp-up and phase-outs with cross-functional teams.
