Job summary

Yubico Inc. in Stockholm is seeking a senior procurement and supply chain leader to balance cost, time and quality across our hardware supply chain. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, contract governance, and resiliency across vendors.

You will lead in-house production alignment, IP protection, and NPI readiness while ensuring supplier quality and operational excellence. This role reports to the VP - Supply Chain Operations and is based at Yubico’s Stockholm head office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hardware/industrial supply chain experience, heavily weighted toward electronics procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract structural design.
• Versatile background blending mature industrial operations with agile, fast-moving scale-ups.
• Hybrid commercial leader comfortable negotiating multi-million dollar capacity commitments, plus leading automation/engineering domains.
• Deep hands-on experience guiding complex electronic products through difficult New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Diplomatic commercial acumen protecting relationships while securing Yubico’s interests.
• Operational rigor to implement scalable, well-documented processes.

Responsibilities

• Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Relationship Governance (60%): manage core co-manufacturing relationships, draft/negotiate MSAs/QAAs/contracts, secure multi-year capacity, build dual-sourced resiliency, oversee packaging suppliers, mentor the team.
• Manufacturing, Automation and In-House Production (40%): support in-house programming infrastructure, lead engineering team processes, protect IP in co-development, enforce supplier quality standards.
• NPI and Cross-Functional Integration: drive product launch readiness and align planning, logistics, and fulfillment with rolling demand forecasts.
