Responsibilities

• Act as the connector between customers and the organization, leading and developing the business to create clarity, engagement and growth while meeting goals and customer commitments.
• Understand customers’ needs, challenges and long-term ambitions, translating these into clear direction and growth opportunities.
• Maintain trust-based relationships; proactively identify where to create additional value and strengthen collaboration to support customers’ strategic development.
• Develop routines and processes that are effective and sustainable and align with the company’s ethos and ways of working.
• Stay close to the customer and the numbers: monitor overall performance, resource planning and drive improvements to deliver on commitments.
• Identify opportunities, risks and needs; create clarity around goals, responsibilities and outcomes; act as a bridge between teams and stakeholders.
