Lantmännen Cerealia in Stockholm is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support the Chief Business Transformation Office in shaping growth initiatives, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and first integration planning to translate opportunities into value.

The role partners with Finance and senior stakeholders to build business cases, perform due diligence workstreams, and help ensure value capture and business continuity during early post-deal integration.

Responsabilités

• Support screening of potential targets using strategic, commercial, operational, and financial criteria, including market attractiveness and synergy potential.
• Monitor market trends and developments to identify inorganic growth opportunities.
• Develop robust business cases for prioritized opportunities, including strategic rationale, valuation logic, synergy assumptions, risks, and integration implications.
• Prepare decision material for senior management and governance forums with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Finance to challenge assumptions, test scenarios, and ensure value-creation plans are realistic.
• Support transaction planning and execution with internal stakeholders and external advisors, ensuring timely analyses and materials.
