Job summary

Lantmännen Cerealia in Stockholm is seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to join the Chief Business Transformation Office. You will support strategic growth initiatives, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, market scanning, and initial integration planning to translate opportunities into value.

Reporting to the Chief Business Transformation Officer, you will help build robust business cases, develop target pipelines, participate in due diligence, and support early post-deal integration

Responsibilities

• Support the screening of potential targets using strategic, commercial, operational, and financial criteria, including market attractiveness and synergy potential.
• Monitor market trends, category developments, competitor moves, and ownership changes to identify inorganic growth opportunities.
• Develop robust business cases for prioritized opportunities, including strategic rationale, valuation logic, synergy assumptions, risks, and integration implications.
• Prepare decision material for senior management and governance forums with clear recommendations.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to challenge assumptions, test scenarios, and ensure business cases reflect realistic value creation.
• Support transaction planning and execution with timely analyses, materials, and management recommendations.
• Track integration risks and value-capture progress during the initial integration period and escalate issues with corrective actions.
