Job summary

Hultafors is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Strategy & M&A Team in Gothenburg. In this high-impact role, you will manage the full M&A process, from market analysis to execution, and play a key role in shaping the Group's strategic direction.

Your responsibilities will include developing the M&A pipeline, performing financial analyses, and supporting transaction processes while working closely with senior leadership. Qualifications include a relevant degree and strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience from M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
• Experience working in project-based environments with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the M&A pipeline through market analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Perform financial analysis and valuation, and prepare business cases.
• Support and coordinate transaction processes, including due diligence and negotiations.
• Prepare clear and well-structured materials for Executive Team and Board discussions.
• Contribute to post-acquisition follow-up and value creation.
• Support broader Group strategy and portfolio development.
