Job summary

SAS Cargo Group A/S is seeking a Long-Term Planner to ensure the right resources are in place to support operational excellence and maintain our punctual service across Europe. The role is primarily based at Arlanda, with close collaboration with the head office in Frösundavik to align planning with crews and ground handling operations.

You will develop the 5Y/3Y long-term plan, run monthly forecasts, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience from resource-, workforce-, capacity-, demand-, supply chain planning or a similar planning and analytical environment.
• Education in Engineering, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• Experience in conducting complex analyses and working with large data sets.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced knowledge of functions and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Resource budget and 5Y/3Y long term business plan.
• Monthly forecast iterations and budget follow ups.
• Proactively identify, assess, present, and support in key business improvements opportunities.
• Business partner to key stakeholders.
