SAS Cargo Group A/S in Solna is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Operational Support functions. You will partner with hiring leaders, craft compelling ads, and build strong pipelines to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Passion for Talent Acquisition with keen market insights.
• Commitment to creating best possible candidate experiences.
• High integrity; ability to build trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong project management; end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience from airline industry or complex operations is beneficial.
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques, assessments and best practices.
• Strong written and spoken English; Swedish is a plus.
