Job summary

SAS Link is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Planner to join the CAMO team in Stockholm area. You will plan and monitor maintenance to keep the fleet airworthy and compliant, coordinating work packages, ground time, and key component replacements across EASA-regulated tasks.

The role requires strong knowledge of CAT operations, airworthiness management, and experience with AMG or SAS aircraft types. English fluency is essential; Scandinavian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial air transport (CAT) operations.
  • Solid understanding of continued airworthiness management tasks.
  • Familiarity with SAS aircraft types and regulatory framework (EASA Part-M, CAMO, Part-145).
  • Experience planning and controlling Maintenance Programme tasks and critical tasks.
  • Proficient English, good communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan maintenance to ensure airworthiness, safety, and economical operation under EASA Part‑M, CAMO, Part‑145.
  • Monitor, analyse and plan tasks from the task due list (ADs, SBs, MEL items, etc.).
  • Schedule work packages and assign maintenance tasks.
  • Reserve ground time and allocate aircraft tails to stops.
  • Prepare and plan modifications and engine/GE/APU replacements.
  • Coordinate engine, gear and APU shop visits.

We are looking for a Fleet Maintenance Planner for SAS Link

SAS Link operates a fleet of 16 E195‑E1, mainly operating in the Scandinavian intra‑domestic market, with a planned expansion to 45 E195‑E2 over the next four years. The Fleet Maintenance Planner (FMP) is part of the SAS Link CAMO team, serving as a key element in securing operational excellence across all operations.

Challenges you will work on
  • Plan maintenance in an airworthy, safe, and economical condition in compliance with the regulations imposed through EASA Part‑M, Part‑CAMO, Part‑145, Ops, and the National Aviation Authority.
  • Monitor, analyze and plan tasks from the task due list, including maintenance programme tasks, airworthiness directives, service bulletins, MEL items, and replacement of components of an aircraft.
  • Schedule work packages and assign individual maintenance tasks.
  • Reserve maintenance ground time and allocate aircraft tails to the stops.
  • Prepare and plan modification.
  • Plan engine, landing‑gear and APU replacements.
  • Coordinate engine, landing‑gear and APU shop visits.

Qualifications
  • Have good knowledge and experience in the commercial air transport (CAT) industry.
  • Have solid understanding of and experience from continued airworthiness management tasks/organization.
  • Have good knowledge and experience from working with one or more of the aircraft types operated by SAS.
  • Have an educational background in a technical field or relevant work experience.
  • Are familiar with EASA aviation regulations (EASA Part‑M, Part‑CAMO, Part‑145).
  • Have experience from planning, controlling, and managing Maintenance Programme tasks, including Critical Tasks, CDCCL, and other relevant requirements and standards related to maintenance planning.
  • Have experience from Swiss AS AMOS MRO Software.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and problem‑solving skills.
  • Are self‑motivated.
  • Have a high proficiency in English, both written and oral. A knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a benefit, but not required.
  • Have the ability to relate to, manage and analyse complex situations while relating to SAS' overall strategic direction.
