Job summary

Videberg Kraft AB is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Lead to shape how we plan, develop, and build the competencies required for our long-term nuclear power mission in Sweden. You will work closely with leadership, HR, and managers to translate roadmaps into concrete competence requirements and create structured plans that evolve as the company grows.

The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, building fit-for-purpose processes and learning pathways across functions

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building organizational capabilities in large, complex programs.
• Experience establishing practical L&D frameworks, processes, and ways of working in early-stage organizations or projects.
• Ability to translate project roadmaps into time-phased learning and capability plans.
• Proven ability to use data to identify competence gaps, dependencies, risks, and long-term needs.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and enable capability build-up aligned with project roadmaps and milestones.
• Define and implement competence management structures and learning pathways.
• Coordinate cross-functional learning needs for technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and adjust programs to measure impact.
• Build and maintain in-house learning management approaches and external partnerships.
