Job summary

You will partner with managers and stakeholders across the business, align development plans with certification requirements, monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement in learning and capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in resource planning, capacity management or workforce management.
• Experience managing training and competence development initiatives.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource planning, capacity management and resource allocation activities.
• Develop and maintain training and competence development strategies.
• Identify competence gaps and establish long-term training plans.
• Coordinate internal and external training activities and certification requirements.
• Monitor key metrics related to resources, competence and training initiatives.
