Videberg Kraft is recruiting a Senior Learning & Development Lead to shape how we plan, develop, and build capabilities for Sweden’s future nuclear power program. You will translate the project roadmap into clear competence requirements and lead cross‑functional work with leadership, HR, and managers.

Initially, you will map current and future needs and craft a strategic path for capability building, defining what must be in place and when to support each stage of the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience developing organizational capabilities for large projects.
• Experience creating practical learning and development frameworks.
• Ability to translate project plans into time‑phased learning needs.
• Data‑driven approach to identify competence gaps and risks.
• Strong collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Translate project milestones into time‑phased capabilities and competence needs.
• Define what needs to be in place, when, and how it supports development.
• Coordinate across the organization to build practical structures for capability growth.
• Establish fit‑for‑purpose processes and support leaders in applying them.
• Build an approach that evolves with the company as it grows.
• Develop learning pathways for technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Set up in‑house learning management and external partnerships.
