Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Planning Analyst to manage tactical procurement and optimize inventory to support sales and profitability. The role works with the Merchandise Planner to ensure strategies meet financial goals while maintaining excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate has a background in inventory analysis and planning, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with vendors and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory analysis, planning, allocation or buying.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate Purchase Orders with guidance from the Merchandise Planner.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecasts to optimize stock position.
• Track and manage open Purchase Orders; follow up with Vendors on shipping status.
• Report on late shipments; coordinate with Sourcing and Buying to resolve issues.
• Assist planning with markdowns and replenishment strategies.
