Job summary

Electrolux Professional Group is seeking a Head of Group Strategy & Processes to align the CEO’s priorities with the organisation, coordinating across Business Areas and Group Functions. The role focuses on translating strategy into concrete commitments and driving faster, more effective decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of international experience in strategy-driven roles, strong influencing skills, and fluent English. Readiness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• 10–15 years of international business experience with strategy and operational roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and concise written/verbal communication; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end Group strategy processes across five Business Areas and Group Functions.
• Translate group priorities into a single set of visible commitments with owners and dates.
• Act as integrator across initiatives; surface friction and ownership gaps early.
• Drive follow-through on decisions and track dependencies to delivery.
• Prepare CEO briefings and governance materials in collaboration with CFO and Legal.
