Job summary

SEB is seeking a Vendor Management Lead – ICT Third Parties to establish, drive and evolve SEB's vendor governance framework for critical ICT suppliers. You will coordinate Vendor Managers, drive consistency, transparency, and accountability across the vendor lifecycle, and ensure secure, compliant, cost-effective services aligned with SEB's objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial sector or highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks (DORA, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT) is a plus.
• Experience establishing vendor management offices or centers of excellence.
• Experience with third-party risk management tools and vendor inventories.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop SEB's ICT Vendor Management Framework, standards, and operating model.
• Define governance processes, reporting, performance metrics, and lifecycle management practices.
• Provide guidance and support to Vendor Managers to ensure consistent execution and oversight.
• Define vendor performance requirements including SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
• Support negotiations, renewals, sourcing initiatives, and major commercial engagements.
• Maintain an aggregated view of vendor performance and risks across the ICT supplier portfolio.
• Drive maturity and continuous improvement of vendor management capabilities and roadmaps.
