Job summary

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (SEB) is seeking a Vendor Management Lead – ICT Third Parties to establish and evolve SEB's vendor governance for critical ICT suppliers.

You will coordinate with Technology, Information Security, Procurement, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to ensure secure, compliant, and cost‑effective services aligned with SEB's objectives. The role focuses on governance, performance oversight, and continuous improvement to support resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience from the financial sector or another highly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as DORA, ISO 27001, ITIL, COBIT, or similar.
• Experience establishing vendor management offices, governance functions, or centers of excellence.
• Experience with third-party risk management tools, supplier performance platforms, or vendor inventories.
• Relevant certifications in supplier management, sourcing, risk management, IT service management, or governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop SEB's ICT Vendor Management Framework, standards, and operating model.
• Establish governance processes, reporting requirements, performance metrics, and lifecycle management practices.
• Provide guidance, tools, and support to Vendor Managers across SEB for consistent execution and oversight.
• Define requirements for vendor performance management, including SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
• Support strategic negotiations, renewals, sourcing initiatives, and major commercial engagements.
• Act as Vendor Manager for multiple suppliers and maintain an aggregated view of performance, obligations, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulations, including resilience, security, and third-party risk expectations.
• Drive maturity and continuous improvement of SEB's vendor management capabilities and roadmaps.
• Provide senior management with insights, reporting, and recommendations on vendor performance and market trends.

About the Role

As Vendor Management Lead, you willoperateat the intersection of technology, business, sourcing, risk, and governance. You will own and continuously evolve SEB's vendor management framework,settingthe standards, governance model, processes, and requirements that enable effective oversight of strategic ICT suppliers.

Acting as thecentral pointof coordination for Vendor Managers across SEB, you will drive consistency, transparency, and accountability throughout the vendor lifecycle, ensuring vendors deliver secure, compliant, cost-effective, and high-quality services aligned with SEB's strategicobjectives. In close collaboration with stakeholders across Technology, Information Security, Procurement, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and the business, you willestablisha consistent and effective approach to vendor governance, performance management, and risk oversight across SEB's critical supplier ecosystem.

YourResponsibilities

VendorManagement Governance

• Define requirements for vendor performance management, including SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.

• Support strategic negotiations, renewals, sourcing initiatives, and major commercial engagements.

• Act as Vendor Manger for a number of suppliers.

• Maintain an aggregated view of vendor performance, contractual obligations, and key risks across the ICT supplier portfolio.

• Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and external regulations, including resilience, security, and third-party risk expectations.

Strategy andContinuousImprovement

• Drive maturity and continuous improvement of SEB's vendor management capabilities and practices.

• Develop strategic vendormanagementroadmaps aligned with SEB's technology and sourcing strategies.

• Provide senior management with insights, reporting, and recommendations on vendor performance, risk exposure, and market trends.
