Lovable is hiring a Global Mobility & Immigration Lead to own immigration, relocation, and expat support as it scales across Sweden, the UK, the US, and beyond.

The role is in‑office, based in Stockholm or London, and focuses on policy design, end‑to‑end case management, vendor relationships, and building AI‑native systems that simplify global mobility for employees and their families.

Qualifications

• In‑house global mobility/immigration experience required.
• Built or scaled a mobility function at a high‑growth tech company.
• Personally managed immigration/relocation cases end‑to‑end — visas and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Own immigration, relocation, and expatriate matters globally.
• Design, implement, and iterate relocation and mobility policy and execution.
• Build AI-native guidance, copilots, and checklists for case management.
• Manage immigration counsel and relocation vendors; partner with People Ops, Legal, Finance, and Leadership.
• Support employees and families through cross-border moves with calm, clear guidance.
