Job summary

NCC Industry is seeking a Head of Strategy & Business Development to lead a ~10-person team and drive the standalone company’s strategic agenda following the carve-out. You will partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities, govern strategy, and enable growth across the Nordic markets.

This senior role emphasizes turning strategic priorities into tangible value, building credibility, and ensuring robust governance and decision-making across business units and external advisors.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience of large teams in strategy or corporate development.
• Background in strategy, growth, and M&A with measurable impact.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with senior stakeholder exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Business Development team and set priorities.
• Drive NCC Industry’s strategic agenda with senior leaders.
• Establish governance and processes for strategy, BD and M&A.
• Steer M&A pipeline, evaluation, and execution with high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with business units to translate priorities into action.
