Job summary

NCC Industry is seeking a Head of Strategy & Business Development to lead the Strategy & Business Development function after the carve-out, shaping the company’s strategic direction and M&A agenda. You will lead a senior team, partner with executives and business units, and drive value creation across markets.

The role requires proven leadership in strategy, business development and M&A, with strong financial understanding and fluency in Swedish and English.

• Proven leadership experience with senior professionals.
• Strong background in business development, strategy and M&A.
• Track record turning strategy into measurable impact.
• Experience from complex, decentralised organisations advantageous.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Strategy & Business Development team.
• Execute NCC Industry’s strategic agenda with senior leadership.
• Establish governance for strategy, business development and M&A.
• Lead the M&A agenda with strong pipeline and execution.
• Identify new commercial opportunities across markets.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Translate priorities into actionable initiatives with ownership.
• Act as trusted strategic partner to senior leadership.
