Job summary

Enity Bank Group seeks a senior, commercially minded Head of M&A and Corporate Development to work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to identify, assess and execute opportunities that create long-term value for Enity. This is a newly established executive role with direct impact on the strategic direction of a listed Nordic bank.

We are looking for a senior leader with a strong transaction toolkit and the ability to turn strategy into tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of leading and executing M&A transactions or strategic growth initiatives
• Strong financial acumen, including valuation, business cases and capital allocation
• Track record of driving profitable growth in a data-driven, performance-focused environment
• Experience from regulated financial services, ideally banking
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and move from analysis to execution
