Job summary

Höganäs AB seeks a Director Strategy & Business Development to lead the MCE Division's medium- to long-term strategy and drive growth initiatives. You will identify opportunities, coordinate with Product, Sales, Operations and Finance, and manage the M&A pipeline from screening to integration planning.

Qualifications

• Experience driving growth, initiatives and M&A in international, high-paced organizations.
• Background from investment banking and/or management consulting; advantage from larger industrial company.
• Ability to develop and present decision material for complex topics in an international setting.
• Strong performance management, relationship building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of MCE's medium-to-long-term strategy and support implementation across the division.
• Own market insights, growth opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the MCE M&A pipeline: target screening, evaluation, due diligence and integration planning.
• Translate strategy into executable plans and monitor progress with senior stakeholders.
