Job summary

Scania is seeking a Strategic Assurance and Governance Advisor to strengthen governance and strategic risk practices across our Commercial Organization. You will guide leaders to integrate risk mitigation in business planning, while providing legal expertise throughout our transition to an integrated model.

You will empower managers, design governance frameworks, and act as a knowledgeable voice on regulatory matters, helping ensure ownership, clarity, and ongoing improvement across functions.

Qualifications

• Experience advising senior leaders on governance and risk topics.
• Understanding of governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to translate legal requirements into business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coach managers to own governance and strategic risks.
• Design and improve governance structures and ownership.
• Advise on complex governance issues with legal implications.
• Interpret laws and standards for the Commercial Organisation.
• Guide on policies and risk mitigation strategies.
