Job summary

Scania is seeking a Global Lead – Protective Security & Threat Management to shape and lead a globally integrated security function. You will translate threats and business risks into proportionate protection of people, assets and operations with a senior-management advisory role.

This role requires extensive international security experience, strong analytical judgement and the ability to influence across boundaries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in protective security, threat management and risk assessment.
• Experience in international corporate security settings.
• Strong business judgment balancing security requirements with operations and commercial needs.
• Ability to build and lead cross-border capabilities using influence over authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Protective Security & Threat Management capability and governance.
• Lead threat and security risk assessments and translate into recommendations.
• Develop protection strategies for people, assets, sites and operations.
• Strengthen Scania’s global security network and provide guidance to security managers.
• Drive maturity, continuous improvement and security investments.
• Represent Scania with authorities and partners, and support major incidents.
