Job summary

Antaros Medical AB is seeking a broad Controller to join the Finance team in Sweden. You will combine financial control, accounting, project controlling, and business analysis, working alongside the CFO to strengthen reporting and finance processes across the group.

This permanent, full-time role offers exposure across entities, collaboration with stakeholders, and opportunities to shape a developing finance function as the company grows in the Nordic region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and closing processes.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience in project controlling or finance roles in a project-based business environment.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, accruals, and accounting processes.
• Experience supporting annual reports, audit processes, and collaboration with external auditors.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and financial analysis.
• Experience working with ERP or financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of broad Controller responsibilities, including financial control, accounting, project controlling and business analysis.
• Support monthly closing activities, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and project-related accounting.
• Contribute to group reporting, consolidation, and audit processes.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and automation.
• Act as a key finance partner to management and CFO.
