Job summary

Antaros Medical is seeking a hands-on Controller to strengthen financial reporting, project controlling, and business analysis across multiple entities in the Antaros Group. You will partner with the CFO and Finance team to drive improvements in processes and controls.

The role combines accounting, financial control, and business analysis, with exposure to group reporting and consolidation. A collaborative team and a growing, international business await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and closing processes.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems.
• Advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with project controlling or project-based businesses.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of monthly closing activities, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and project-related accounting.
• Support year-end closing, annual reports and audit processes, and group consolidation.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reporting, financial analyses, and business insights.
• Collaborate with project managers and business leaders to improve financial visibility.
