Job summary
Axis Communications in Lund, Sweden is seeking a Business Solution Architect to bridge operational challenges with scalable system solutions and to drive ERP-driven transformation across the global Operations landscape.
You will lead end-to-end solution processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to roadmap planning and architecture alignment within the ERP domain.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years' experience in system and process development
- Experience in global supply chain environments
- Hands-on experience with supply chain platforms/systems
- Strong ERP experience (IFS or Dynamics 365 a plus)
- Proven experience with product ownership and agile delivery
- Experience with solution blueprinting (process diagrams, architecture artifacts, requirements documentation)
- Understanding of system integrations and data flows
- ERP implementations or major enhancement programs is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Bridge operational challenges with technical opportunities and scalable solutions
- Lead end-to-end solution process from intake to validation
- Define goals, deliverables, and business cases including ROI
- Design concept docs with process flows and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with BPOs, IT, vendors and consultants to ensure feasible solutions
- Contribute to ERP development and agile product work
