Job summary

Axis Communications in Lund is seeking an ERP Finance Project Lead to guide the financial workstream during the migration from IFS to Microsoft Dynamics. You will own the Swedish GAAP (K3) financial setup, ensure accounting requirements are captured, and support international subsidiaries for harmonization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about five years in a super-user or project-leading Dynamics role, fluent Swedish and English, and a strong ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Approximately 5 years of relevant experience as a super-user or project-leading role within Microsoft Dynamics.
• Solid understanding of accounting based on Swedish GAAP (K3) and IFRS.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance perspective in the ERP implementation, ensuring all accounting requirements and business needs are captured and addressed.
• Focus on Swedish legal entities and take primary responsibility for the financial setup.
• Contribute to the international rollout by supporting foreign subsidiaries, sharing knowledge, and ensuring harmonization with the Swedish setup.
• Document and communicate progress, decisions, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with project teams and technical stakeholders to ensure Finance needs are clearly understood.
• Identify and drive improvements in existing accounting workflows and processes that can be addressed through the new system.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
