Job summary
Brite Payments in Stockholm/Malaga seeks a Technical Product Manager for Data Solutions to shape and execute our data product strategy. You will report to the Merchant Services Domain Lead and drive data offerings built on Open Banking/Open Finance, identifying revenue opportunities for merchants.
You’ll balance PSD2/AIS depth with strategic leadership to propel a challenger brand in a regulatory landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in fintech/payments product management with data product focus.
- Deep PSD2/AIS and Open Banking knowledge from tech and customer view.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Analytical leadership to navigate ambiguity and gain buy-in.
- Strong communication to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience identifying and implementing AI-enabled workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the roadmap for the Data Solutions team.
- Lead engineers, mentor PMs, and drive high-performance culture.
- Identify new revenue streams and data-driven use cases.
- Collaborate with Merchant Solutions, Marketing, and merchants.
- Engage CXOs with updates on strategy, progress, and KPIs.
- Improve ways of working for efficient delivery and health.
- Advocate for product health with connectivity teams.
- Monitor KPIs and validate product hypotheses.
- Represent Brite at conferences and client meetings.
