Job summary

Brite AB is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive our European expansion by selling open banking solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. The role emphasizes hunting new business, closing complex deals, and collaborating with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Based in Stockholm with a hybrid model (3 days in office), remote work is available in the Netherlands or Germany. Start date: August 2026 onwards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the payments space.
• Proven track record of hitting targets and self-sourcing enterprise leads.
• Existing network of prospective merchants, partners, or decision-makers within key verticals.
• Ability to handle complex negotiations, build solid business cases, and discuss ROI with CFOs and commercial leaders.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to grow with a fast-scaling company.
• Genuine interest in fintech, APIs, integration flows, and payment tech stacks.
• Fluency in English (Swedish or Danish a bonus for Stockholm).

Responsibilities

• Consult & Advise: Guide merchants on how to bring Brite’s Instant A2A payment and payout solutions into their payment setup.
• Drive New Business: Hunt, qualify, and close high-potential enterprise accounts across key verticals to grow our pipeline.
• Pitch to the C-Suite: Build data-driven proposals for CFOs/CTOs/Product heads and lead negotiations to close complex deals.
• Master A2A & APIs: Become an expert on open banking tech and explain integration steps, API capabilities, and coverage.
• Own the Deal Flow: Orchestrate the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contracts, aligning internal teams.
• Track Market & Regulatory Trends: Monitor Open Banking/PSD3 landscape, competitor moves, and local payment habits.
• Collaborate & Share: Work with the wider commercial team to share win strategies and insights.
